About me and my practice
I am an integrative counsellor working from Humanistic, Existential, and Jungian perspectives. I offer a quiet, attentive space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to listen more closely to yourself.
I am drawn to the deeper layers of experience the places where words, images, and feelings meet. Alongside talking, we may gently explore patterns, dreams, and the symbolic language of the psyche, allowing what is hidden, forgotten, or not yet fully known to come into awareness.
At the heart of my work is a belief in your innate capacity to grow, to make meaning, and to move towards a greater sense of wholeness. I hold a particular interest in soul work, and in the ways our struggles can also be invitations towards depth, change, and a more authentic way of being.
I welcome conversations around meaning, identity, loss, and lifes uncertainties, as well as the spiritual dimension of experience. Whether spirituality feels central, distant, or undefined, it can be explored here with care and openness.
Above all, I offer a warm, grounded, and non-judgemental relationship one in which you can feel met as you are, and supported as you find your own way forward.
Experience
I have experience of working with a range of mental health difficulties, within different settings, from a national charity to Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP). I set up my private practice in 2020 and invested my time in developing my competency to work remotely via video link and telephone.

Initial Consultation
Initial consultation appointments last around 20 minutes and are free of charge. During this time we can discuss your expectations and requirements for counselling. It is also a time to share any worries or concerns that you may have towards starting counselling. We can also discuss which method of counselling you feel would suit you best. If I believe that another counselling approach may suit you better, I will share this with you at this time. To ensure you get the best from counselling it is important to find the right counsellor who you feel you will work best with. I always encourage individuals to speak with several counsellors initially before making the final decision to take up sessions.
Fees
Sessions are up to one hour in duration and are charged at £58 per session. Sessions usually take place on an agreed day and time on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
